Horrific. Please never deal with these people. They have such little care for their student tenants that they disregarded an issue raised about a large wasp nest INSIDE our house. They did nothing for 10 days, in which time 3 tenants were stung and we had to push them again for help. They take no responsibility, blaming slow responses from their own contractors.
