Damien and Sally were really helpful and clear throughout the process of getting our house and maintained good communication all year round through our WhatsApp group. They sorted the small few issues that came up with the house and always kept in touch to let us know about inspections etc. When moving out they were especially helpful and packaged up the last few bits of my belongings and storing them under the stairs whilst I was at my family home so that they could arrange cleaners to come in at a less busy time. They took care of all my things and took time to chat to us at the check out appointment. It made moving out much easier than I have experienced with past letting agents and they were a pleasure to deal with.

Sally and Damien were very communicative and friendly during our tenancy at 178 Coronation Ave. They were very approachable for maintenance requests and they kept the property well maintained. If any maintenance was required, they dealt with it professionally and swiftly. Lastly, the deposit was returned quickly and easily.

Whenever something needed attention – whether it was replacing broken furniture or sorting out an appliance – it was dealt with quickly and without any hassle. I lived under Enright Properties for a year with four other students and Damien and Sally were lovely. They remained professional and helpful throughout our tenancy and we were able to communicate about any issue efficiently via a group chat, with solutions easily found. They were very clear about their expectations and managed them well, with no questions unanswered or issues not resolved. In winter, for example, when the house was experiencing heating issues, they lent us their very own radiator for our use which was incredibly kind of them and much appreciated. I would highly recommend Enright Properties to anyone anxious about renting, as they are very reassuring and understanding about everything.

Found Sally and her poor attitude to be an issue from early on in the tenancy. Appalling tone and conduct over the phone as well as both text and email. She would purposefully ignore specific people in the household when the raised a concern or an issue but would happily deal with others. Damien was always friendly and helpful in everything he did, and especially when visiting the property. They have a few contradictory rules like not to ring them and only text but would ring 3 times back to back when they wanted something. Contracted stated that we had to get the property professionally cleaned and that we would have to pay them £750 for them to employ a company. We spoke to the company they planned to employ and they told us they quoted around £500 including carpets and mattresses!!! Outrageous!!! They made the end of tenancy clean and process unnecessarily stressful on top of moving out and exams during the height of a pandemic.

Terrible. Aggressive throughout insisting we paid if we contacted outside of his 'working hours' of 10am-3pm. Used his wife for a 'good cop' tactic when things went wrong and refused to change bad mattresses when asked. At the end of the tenancy held the deposit hostage after we booked a Bath cleaning company that for some reason didn't show up and as a result the house wasn't clean. We accepted this was not acceptable but also not our fault and instead of allowing us to rebook the same company, used his own individual cleaner who charged in excess of £70 an hour and charged a bill of cleaning items in the house which we knew to be already clean. Nearly had to sue in order to get money back but in the end had to accept extra charges as tenants required money urgently.
