The agency (Flats4Students) were pretty good, they always responded to our emails quickly and treated us with respect.

Slow to respond. Uncooperative. Unamicable. Makes asking for maintenance resolution difficult. Bike stolen from out front. No CCTV provided to help recover despite asking. Bad attitude.
