Quick responses from the team, organised and efficient. Will send cleaners (who will clean until 12am), and other contractors as needed. When nudged, most things were sorted within a week. First 2 weeks of your contract they are super busy, but by the end of summer it was fine. They genuinely seem to care about making the house pleasant to live in. Most of the contractors and staff are nice, some of the receptionists can seem rude and uninformed. Contractors are often personally known to the agency, which can help and hinder the progress of projects- don't expect anyone "official" to turn up, one guy will be both a plumber and a painter.... but the job gets done! Zatar, one of the head managers is really fast, kind, and helpful. Would confidently move into a Easy Lettings property again.

Awful. House in disrepair, maintenance rude and often would take 3 emails. Sent a man to harass two of us about a complaint email- and are being incredibly rude via email and disputing everything. Had no heating for months, leaking ceiling (now been left with three holes and water damage) bad communication when sending people over, tried to threaten charges on rooms which had clothes on the bed as it was 'unclear and unhygienic'

Very responsive, but some unusual quirks. Never let us know of any viewings, had us do the inventory list. Their inventory list was completely wrong, based on a 'video' supposedly. Would randomly tell us that theyre coming but then would never come.

Fast replies with clear communications, not sure how they are with returning security deposits as we haven’t moved out yet. Seems professional and well organised

Sometimes have had to email multiple times to get them to do something but other than that every issue we’ve had has always been sorted and the staff are super friendly

They have been very good at getting repairs fixed, however initially it was a real struggle to get them to admit that our whole heating system was not working. It has since been fixed but trying to get that sorted took a long time. The house has needed a lot of repair work over this year but they have accommodated all of this.

Easy letting are great, always happy to help with any issues and quick to respond. Would recommend

Would not recommend the agency. Hard to get hold of and said he had to do everything through the landlord who was equally difficult.

Very good at showing you houses you want, when getting the house the tenancy agreement was easy to understand and fill in. Slight annoyance with having to give in student IDs and bringing guarantor forms back.

Very mixed. Can be good but often disorganised - took them over a month to do our inventory which was meant to be done in the first week. Often have to pester them about repairs and they usually just try to fix the problem themselves (with varying levels of success) but generally, a nice team who do try their best.
