The agency Franklin Cole were usually helpful, especially Emma with our flatmate who was stealing our stuff. When our house got robbed, the back door was left unsecure but Annette ensured the lock got changed as soon as possible. They didnt seem to care that they were letting a disgusting property go students, this house was not up to livable standards at all.
