The agents are very easy to get in touch with, they respond quickly and were very friendly, but they resisted making almost all repairs all year. The very few things they did repair, weren't repaired to a useable standard. We felt like their intention was to take as much from us while providing as little of their end of the bargain as possible. One of my friends in one of the rooms was suffering from quite severe cold temperatures in his room all year, and after several requests the only answer he got from the agent was to move his bed half a metre away from the ineffective window. At the end of the year they even made us provide a stamped addressed envelope for them to return out deposits since they "couldn't do online banking"
