Dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. Wouldn't answer emails/return phone calls. Refused to properly rectify mould and damp issues with the property. Neglected to clean previous tenants mess and provided an inaccurate account of the property when on the market.

The service provided by Jeffery Ross was awful.
Rarely replied to emails and when we received replies it was after a lot of hassling and phone calls
Did not fix any of the issues which we had- which were a lot through out the year
Left our housemate sleeping on the sofa for 4 months due to a leaking roof and mouldy ceiling

Hands-off which is a positive and a negative. Never really have much contact with them but we tend to deal direct with the landlord.

Abysmal, had to me relentlessly pestered to achieve anything! If i stuck with the agency i imagine my move in date would be spring 2023.

All smiles but in the end they do nothing for you! I wouldn't use that agency ever again. The house was in a dire state when we moved in, when we were evicted for demanding our rights they were very finicky with the tiniest details while the house was looking so much better. Agency assured us the house would be cleaned and decorated througout but when we inquired twice whether they had told the landlord that the house had to be cleaned they never answered, no doubt covering their tracks! This are not people you can trust to defend your rights?
