Great. Really quick at sorting maintenance

Staff are friendly and helpful. When an issue arises, most of the time it is dealt with quite fast compare to other companies. The only complaint I had was having issues with our flooring which took about 6 months of complaining for it to be fixed even though it was a clear hazard. The handymen and workers were understanding and helpful as much as they could be.

Genuinely the only good one in Selly Oak. All the properties we've viewed with them are decent (no slum student landlords) and you actually can get some good value houses with them. They are prompt at replying, and the letting agents won't pressure you into signing a contract like the other agents in the area do.

We used King & Co who were really efficient and good communicators, but we have not had much contact with them since signing the contract. They didn’t need a guarantor which was helpful for one of our housemates.

King and Co were responsive to maintenance issues which was helpful. However they arranged rent payments in 3-month instalments which did not always line up with student finance payments which resulted in some stressful months.

They respond to everything almost straight away. We have not had a single issue. :)))
