On a few occasions the living room light short circuited the whole flat's lights, but without an electric box we couldn't reset them and the agency left us without any lights for a few days.
As mentioned previously, they didn't repair the external rising damp issue in the whole 2.5 years we lived there even after being told on a few occasions.
