Do not rent from this agency. I lived in a HMO where they moved in a random man into a group of women - the man was then abusive both verbally and over WhatsApp over a period of 4 months. Lifestyle Property Services did nothing to condemn or stop his behaviour - despite being provided with daily evidence of his messages and action. They said they wouldn’t do anything as he had paid 6 months rent upfront and so was a more ‘favourable tenant’ to the agency and landlord.
