Avoid at all cost.
From experience, all agencies in England I've had to deal with are run by people who would be unable to do any other job and who relish being sociopaths.
Mann countrywide in Ashford did not disappoint
Falses promises, huge fees for doing absolutely nothing and the cherry on top: a racist member of staff who pretended not to comprehend my wife's accent, well Kent is Farage central but in a business relationship, this is unacceptable. Just go direct with a landlord no one needs estate agents. The UK must be the only G* country in the world where you don't need qualifications to be an estate agent. The good thing is that with Brexit a lot of these scammers will rightfully go bankrupt.

Shifts blame onto the landlord for any delays. Faulty oven took 8 months to repair.
