Also paid separately for a cleaning service that barely cleaned the bare minimum of the communal areas.

Private landlord owns own agency Smartroom rental. They don’t care about what’s wrong in the house and take sometimes months to fix broken things. They also overcharge massively if anything is damaged and always try get more money out of you.
