The agency is a private one owned by the landlord, Sav, and his wife, which takes care of his 4 or 5 properties on Horfield Road.
The fact he has set up a company is probably to do with the employment of his assistant, who was very speedy to respond to e-mails, and send useful reminders of payments and other info.
