The landlord has been excellent from day one. In two years in this property, we have never been let down by any needs we have had. From replacing the showers and boiler when there were hot water issues, to reaching out when the pandemic first began, they have been friendly and quick to fix any problems we may have had. We have always been given plenty of notice if access is needed to the property and a gardener comes regularly.
