The landlady has no intentions to repair what is broken in the house and won't take responsibility for the broken facility, so the price has to be shared with the housemate. There are broken drawers in the fridge. There are problems with the washing machine as it does not clean properly, and won't pay for someone to fix it. Broken oven, makes noise and smell. Shelves and drawers in wardrobe sink to the centre. Toilet drips and there is a pressure problem with the tubes, and there is no intention to fix it.
The landlady has an ambiguous contract, especially the end of contract statement. There is a pet in the house which was not advertised in the ad. The landlady stays awake until late every night (3 am) speaking out very loud and uses the washing machine or oven, so there is constant noise in the house. No respect for the housemates as there is a constant picking for "inappropriate" maintenance of the house, for example cleaning, when the landlady is the first to not follow the cleaning rules imposed by herself. There is a specific request to use a brand and type of cleaning product (washing machine) to clean our individual clothes, with no reason or explanation.
