Landlord reviews for Masoom Akhtar in Nottingham

Extremely rude - on multiple occasions shouted in my face calling me a liar and c*nt. Made us all very uncomfortable. Would turn up unannounced after ignoring our texts and calls. He would generally send someone to look at any issues we reported but these individuals were unlicensed (at one point, sent his brother to look at an issue) and nothing was ever fixed. Took 4 months after multiple emails, one of which was from the Student’s Union housing welfare team, to give us our move in documents - invoice, gas certificate, did not even give us his bank details to pay rent (we payed monthly) for the first 3 months and then blamed us for the rent being late, despite us asking several times for his details.
