Strongly advise all renters in NW11 London area to avoid this landlord (105 corringham road amongst other rentals), in the premise that they either refuse, ignore or delay as long as 2 years dozens of repairs needed in what is an expensive neighbourhood. Currently we have 3 pest infestations gathered over 2 years & the whole house has been neglected in repairs. When we complain they spent 5 years issuing s21’s & s8’s to get rid of tenants. They hate spending any money on repairs leaving the house unliveable, & we’ve spent thousands on lawyers trying to get them to repair. Gas, electricity, windows, appliances, pest problems all a major issue. Avoid at all costs. This has been registered also on trip advisor.
