Landlord Allistaire Barker, was a no show throughout the year, sorted very little out , bath panel was never fixed, the mould was years old.
When it came to him handing back deposits all of a sudden he was more than interested, in what he could hold back money for!
Like THE CLEANING OF THE CURTAINS!!! Which, I’m happy to pay for as long as the job is ACTUALLY DONE. When I asked for photographic proof and receipts of the curtains once they had been dry cleaned and re-hung, along with PROOF of this BIG DEEP CLEAN he verbally told me about,,,,, low and behold...... he didn’t want to show me and he shut me down. These jobs were not and will not be done. Mark my words. This landlord needs to be called out. His conduct is unprofessional by far and ignorant with a touch of arrogant.
If you want to not be Ill I’d stay away from ANY of this pirates properties. Be warned.

Didn’t repair anything needing repair. Promised me a new wardrobe and bed from the beggining, when I only just moved in, never delivered. Poor
