I found Alex very difficult to communicate with, especially if there was something he didn't agree with.I felt he often voiced his opinions about other groups of people in a very strong manner. I didn't have a quiet, enjoyable experience. I could not recommend the experience at all.

I didn't just feel uncomfortable, I felt unsafe. The landlord became physically threatening and forced me to lock myself in my room and call the Police.There is a police report on record for his antisocial behaviour that day. Additionally, there was a ban on opening windows between October and March in the contract. I found Alex to be controlling, aggressive and bullying. I often felt like he would speak to me in a controlling manner. Alex would sometimes say things about other people's nationalities which made me feel uncomfortable. I felt so harassed during my time renting from Alex that I had to leave. I could not recommend this to anyone.
