An exceedingly dodgy character, who once boasted of owing tens of thousands in tax, Asrar Shabbiri still hasn't made any contact or returned any contact regarding the deposit on this place. Slow to respond to any contact about the state of the house or emergencies (such as that radiator.) Seems to spend 90% of his time out of the country. I couldn't possibly speculate as to why.
