The covid19 thing seemed a possible excuse for delayed repairs in my personal opinion. Bills were £95 a month on top of rent.
We paid rent, bills, and paid for the weekly cleaning of the shared parts too, AND to buy supplies for cleaner and house like bog roll! Most housemates were professionals but landlord does NOT ask for references.
Elliott appears to run the house and we paid everything to him, treating him as landlord, though I understood he is NOT the owner.
This review is my subjective opinion of my experience of living there.
