Not great. Everything was fine throughout the tenancy, good at repairs and replacements etc.
On leaving the property both the agent and landlord went silent for about 2 months and wouldn't return the deposit. We were told by one of the landlords 'agents' that as it was a religious holiday the landlord couldn't use a computer, which i don't accept as a valid excuse for not being able to visit a bank or a reason to break the law you agreed to abide by when renting a property.
