As useful as a chocolate fireguard. We looked after the property however the landlord did not care that his tennants were living in a damp infested, fly infested, sewage smelling, leaking ceiling house for the full 12 months of the tenancy being informed of the issues as soon as we moved in and then repaired them when we declined to renew our agreement.
