Wardbrights should be avoided at all costs. Repairs are not carried out properly. They blame the tenant for the damp or just flatly refuse to acknowledge that its there at all. Tried to charge me extra rent, cleaning and redecorating costs when I left the property. Resulted in going to court were they quite rightly lost. The house was a thousand times better when I moved out then it was when i moved in!

Absolutely atrocious. Friendly enough on telephone but repairs were an after thought. They will feel the need to decorate the mould infested house when you leave and bill you for it. So not only do you pay rent on a house that’s inhabitable you will be expected to pay to cover up the damp because they won’t fix the problem.
