Awful man. Absolute control freak who played mind games like charging us £20 for keys at sign up and key collection, then giving us the £20 back and saying it was a 'joke'. Very aggressive. Had me and other female tenants in tears on several occasions. Severely impacted my mental health throughout second year. Kept all of our deposits as alleges we 'damaged the furniture' (we didn't but it was so cheap and flimsy that it had no durability whatsoever, e.g. drawer bottoms fell out as soon as you put more than a pair of socks in the drawer). Vile, disgusting human.
