Landlord reviews for Andrew Hai in London

In my honest opinion, Mr. Andrew Hai is the meanest and most miserly landlord I have had the displeasure to interact with. I personally believe that he over-charges for what he provides. He has previously shown disdain for the privacy and security of his tenants, an example being his habit of showing up unannounced to conduct inspections and replace vital items such as light fixtures at random hours of the day and night. I highly advise people to not sign contracts with Mr. Hai, and to find a different landlord to rent from.
