Landlord reviews for Beatrice Mavroleon in London

I didn’t have much contact with the landlord but she was pretty quick at fixing things that were broken. The flat is small and the neighbourhood isn’t great, but you can get to central london quickly.

The landlady never took it upon herself to schedule any of the repairs and always asked me to take care of things myself and to then discount from the rent amount. This meant I spent valuable time during my week calling repair men and waiting for them to perform the repairs.

Worst of all was when there was a leak in the bathroom which required extensive repairs and the landlady put forth a money claim for me to pay for all of the repairs associated with it.

Be forewarned that after you leave the property she might take you to court to recuperate any expenditures she may have had during your tenancy.

If you do not want to live with the fear of being taken to court to resolve disputes I would move on the the next flat
