The studio was operated in bad faith by Delta Estates Partnership in Nader Goleshorskhi's name. Faulty meters which they refused to fix or even addressed, mold and isolation with a similar story. Dangerous electrical system after an annual check which resulted in a document which they refused to share. Do I need more?
