The property is owned by a couple that don’t speak English so all your interactions are with their daughter Naz who is rude, unempathetic, constantly trying to get more money out of tenants whilst never making improvements to the property. We asked to give the property a lick of paint because it was so disgusting to which she said yes. Come the end of the tenancy she tried to deduct the painting (white paint) from our deposits. This property is back on the market as she chucked out tenants to have it ‘renovated’ obviously to try and make more money, but has left all the painting we had done and not had these rooms renovated - I feel like sending her an invoice. She sends harassing messages and shouts at you down the phone. Vile vile woman more concerned about the size of her arse and wallet, rather than the state of her property or living conditions of her tenants. We had mould, rodents, dirty carpets. The decided to renovate the basement into another flat (without windows) and didn’t tell us. In doing so they built a hut to do the works in that entirely covered one of the bedroom windows so there was no light and we had to endure building noise for almost a year - no warning before we started the tenancy.
