There's mould growing due to a lack of proper ventilation. Most of the fixtures are very outdated, wall paper is peeling due to damp.
we have spent 20 weeks without proper heating, no alternative or temporary solution has been offered until today. I might add it is currently mid January, yes no heating over Christmas etc.
The issue was Resolved on the 14th March. Since this time although other issues mentioned remain outstanding, Vijay has been more proactive in taking care of the property.
