The landlord hired workers that would use our toilet and not flush it. The workers would always bother me to get water for them while they are working on the back yard. The landlord’s mother often makes uncalled for visits without notifying any of us. The landlord promised to compensate the bad experience we had with the unfinished house and yet at the end of the tenancy he refused to pay us. Everything he agreed with words were lies. He was very disrespectful with us because we were internal students. He said that we wouldn’t need compensation because we were ”rich”. He also made racist remarks on his Chinese tenants, saying they all are dirty and disgusting and will not rent houses to Chinese students again.
