Walked in without notice, walked into bedrooms early am, shouted at a guest who was staying on the sofa, and asked the female in the house why she hadn't cleaned the house, raising concerns about sexism. Ilan Jones refused to provide a reference at the end of the tenancy despite the rent being paid in full. I would not recommend renting from Ilan Jones!
