Landlord reviews for Yusef Hajat in Lower Clapton

A scammer. Yusef Hajat is a terrible man. He refused to fix anything, would force me to clean whilst coming over to watch me and was an intimidating, controlling individual. We contacted him about repairs which he ignored and tried to hold us accountable, despite many of the repairs just being wear and tear. He wrote into our tenancy agreement that we were responsible for all repairs, which is not legal. He took our deposit out of a DPS which is illegal and had his friends at the estate agents, Dimension Estates, bully me and threaten me into not pursuing the matter. I would never recommend anybody to rent a property from him, or Dimensions Estates at all. These instances of his negligence and behaviour are only just snippets and some of the things he did to us.
