Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Cuts off the heating, hot water in the winter to save money. Brings random guys to the flat. Drug abuse, alcohol abuse, partying, leaves mess. Forgets about his own dirty dishes and then blames you for not wasting them. In the end of the tenancy (Nick) Live-in-Landlord didn’t let to use washing machine. He would remove the fuse from the plugs so you can’t use the equipments. Very loud in the morning, slamming doors, walking in to the room without knocking, etc….
