Landlord reviews for Norman Kybert in Nottingham

We didn’t have too many issues. He did what was needed, occasionally very poorly. One day he came to clean out our shower drains but dumped the contents of the drain down the sink. Our sink was never the same.

The landlord also made us do the inventory and check of damaged- a job he is meant to complete. The main pet peeve was the deposit deductions. We left the house spotless. The oven was clean etc. I wish we had taken photos to prove this but it’s a life lesson I guess.

Knowledge of properties seemed sound, knowledge of people was questionable. His attitude was somewhat guilt-inducing and flippant. Thanks to him however, I now know how to stop an army of slugs with household items. Cool.

Landlord was fine to deal with but they definitely did not go out of their way. They were also not very responsive. We felt a bit guilty every time we needed something doing.
