impossible communication, made false accusations, asked for money we didn't owe him, he threatened us. I wouldn't wish on even my worst enemy what we went through.

We initially rented through an agency, however the landlord ‘fired’ them after a month which was the first major red flag. He refused to repair or replace broken furniture and then made false accusations at the time of us ending our tenancy. It took us 4 months after we left and disputing his claims with our deposit scheme for us to get our money back.
