Fixed stuff quickly and no issues with deposits. However, they let the property to us for 4 despite it then failing the HMO from the council and the 4th room definitely not being big enough and extremely cold due to rubbish windows. The shower door broke and they fixed it temporarily as we only had a few weeks left, but then lied to next tenants saying that the temporary fix was okay with us (it was fine but we stressed that it should be fixed by the next tenancy).
