Landlord reviews for Michael Thomas in Bath

Landlord did not perform repairs unless tenants offered to fix it themselves. Called me "pathetic" in an email after I moved out for disputing the charges he took off my security deposit for moving furniture, which he gave everyone permission to do and then claimed not to remember. Became incredibly cold and rude towards me and another tenant after we decided not to renew our contract for a second year, and was only willing to engage with the two tenants staying on. Repeatedly failed to give 24 hours written notice before entering the property, despite being reminded by tenants. Seems to rent to students in the belief that we are not aware of our rights as tenants.
