Nightmare landlord, arrogant, not doing essential repairs (such as windows which wouldn't open), communication ok in the beginning but then reduced to less than the minimum. Served us notice 'because we want to sell the property ' but in truth it was all about revenge. And a couple of weeks after we moved out we saw the flat advertised again with the same agency, bit of paint coating the mould, cracks etc.
