Landlord reviews for Adrian Burt in Lancaster

I asked my landlord to replace a broken coat hook that I had broken and it was promptly replaced with no charge in the day. Was very central next to the bus station. All furniture was brand new and of very
good quality decoration was excellent. Temperature was fine throughout the year. Everything well-kept and clean. Very secure with two digital key pads to enter the building then a key to my studio door. Excellent stay would recommend.

I think the landlord was quite efficient with repairs but not very responsive in emergencies. Costs are very high, especially for repairs. Having kept the studio immaculate throughout the year, seeing the majority of my deposit go away was a real shock. Overall, while a friendly person, I should mention that most of your complaints won't be listened to due to being a student and result in very useless responses from the landlord.
