She was horrible. I suspected she had been coming into the apartment without permission as my cats seemed distressed and things were out of place, so I installed a camera and I have video footage of her doing just that. As stated above, she would blame me for things or try to get me to make repairs on her faulty and old appliances. She refused to change the fire alarm as “if the flat was on fire I would know”. She threatened myself and my family and I was so terrified of her that I moved out two months before my lease was up at cost to myself. All she wanted was money, and she would bully and intimidate to get it. I suspect any money she took from deposits she pocketed as anything other than the bare minimum hadn’t happened in the flat for years.
