Stuart Gordon from Horsham doesn't bother with the repairs in the flat. In my experience I told him about certain things that needed fixing EX leaking tap, chipped paint and noisy rubbish disposal. It only took him 6-7 weeks to eventually send a plumber knowing that I am moving out 2 weeks later. The only reason I'm not giving him 1 star is because there's been some finger prints on the wall from me and what ever my house mate did in his room which was out of my control.
