Communication was often lacking it took a long time to get responses to emails and they would often just leave them read and not responded to.

On top of this, the landlord Ms Sophie Gregorios-Pippas is deducting a substantial amount from our deposit, partly for stains on the carpet caused by the leaking ceiling.
Estate agents and landlords cannot continue to exploit tenants like this.
