Quick in sorting out maintainence issues e.g. boiler
However, terms in contract can be improve
sometimes unreasonable request e.g. clearing rubbish left behind by prevoius tenants
can be difficult in negotiating a change e.g. increasing fridge to tenants ratio

I dislike the landlord greatly. I believe him to be a piece of trash.

Unreasonable and rude, would slander other tenants (in the same house) and cause discourse amongst us. Refused to solve a rat infestation until we called him
multiple times and begged

Extremely rude and cruel, made light of all our complaints and situations, and stole my deposit while cursing me out on whatsapp

The landlord intervened only when we threatened to go to the authorities (specifically the City Council).
