Doesn't want anything to do with the flat. Blatantly ignores emails and texts. Has only fixed things that are actively damaging his property (eg kitchen sink seal) but avoids doing anything useful about things like black mould, just tells us to keep the windows wide open (yes in the middle of winter). Handyman is very nice and tries to help but ultimately is at the hands of the landlord.
