This landlord was responsible for maintenance of the property but refused to take action for literally all maintenance issues. I was left without boiler for more than a month ending me taking my daily showers in my gym! She refused to fix drifty windows that created unpleasant condition inside the flat specially during winters. There are numerous outstanding maintenance issues creating outstanding accounts that will need legal action.
