Communication poor and abrasive. Just gave handymen keys to property so they could enter whenever. Came round to do a viewing and started bad mouthing us to new perspective tenants. Arrange for broken beds (there when we moved in) to be collected and never arranged it. Broken beds still there when we moved out as council said the landlord needed to arrange for re-collection.
