I hadn't had any issue with him at all until he decided to raise the rent last march. He has sent me a handwritten contract with the amount of money now I have to pay.
Because I didn't agree with the rent raise, he has been harassing me with handwritten letters saying 'pay or leave' as well as WhatsApp and SMS messages
