He responded quickly to our issues and sent out contractors. However, he said it was impossible to fit handles on any of the broken windows. He also hired the same plumber repeatedly despite our complaints that he was rude, and had not actually fixed the issue after several attempts. After a year and a half of living there, he messaged us at 11:50PM on a Friday night to raise the rent by £300 each. When we couldn’t arrange to be in for the viewings he was organising because we all work full time, he told us that our lack of cooperation would not go unnoticed, which we found to be rather threatening.
