ZERO STAR IF I'M BEING HONEST.
The landlord is extremely stingy and FEARS to repair things. The apartment is poorly managed because he HATES to spend money.
He is highly irresponsible and a god at makeshift repairs. Also highly unaccountable if I may add, very difficult to communicate with because he is extremely defensive.
Overall poor people skills for a landlord, he gets emotionally riled up when a discussion is about money.
He doesn't mind giving your next landlord bad reviews about you, as long as it means you don't move out of the property.
His wife on the other hand is good person, if she were the landlord I would have never written this review. She is quick to apologise and is open to make immediate repairs, not glue holding repairs but proper repairs.
